HOW TO APPLY
- Please wash your tummy area thoroughly with soap that DOES NOT contain any oil or lotion. (Please dry Thoroughly before proceeding to step2)
- Inside of your package please remove the SKIN BARRIER FILM WIPES. Gently open the package and wipe the entire tummy area that you wish to apply the patch. The wipes are included to help secure the patches even more. It's important to complete this process.
- Please remove the bottom half of the liner from the patch. Be sure to place the patch the longways 3-4 inches below your belly button. Rub the bottom portion into your skin repeatedly to ensure the adhesive sticks properly.
- Please remove the 2nd portion of the liner. (DO NOT APPLY THE 2ND half of the patch to your skin until you have sucked your tummy all the way in)
- Pull upwards to snatch your tummy tighter. Once you've noticed your tummy has been lifted Suck your tummy in tight as possible.
- Rub the top portion of the patch to the upper portion of your tummy repeatedly. (You will be amazed at the results) Also, you will notice that it is sticking to your skin.
Tip: If your tummy area is extra large and you feel you need more support, please go to your local pharmacy and purchase liquid bandage to ensure you have extra support. The patch will hug you even tighter. The wipes will do the same if wiped thoroughly.
- DO NOT APPLY TO SKIN THAT IS IRRITATED, SENSITIVE SKIN, OR SUNBURNED If you notice any skin irritations DO NOT USE. We regret this product may not be for you. Please contact a physician for treatment.

HOW TO REMOVE (DO NOT SNATCH THE PATCH OFF IT MUST BE GENTLY DONE)
Best results to remove the patch is to shower or apply oil on the corners and gently peel the patch backwards slowly. Use your fingers to press against your skin while gently removing the patch. You can remove excess residue by applying oil or soap.
- You can easily wear this 4-8 hrs.
- Remove before going to bed.
- Please keep out of reach of children.
- This product is recommended for ages 18 years and up.
