- Wash your hands and cleanse your navel area.
- Pat your navel and surrounding skin dry.
- Open the Slim Patch and the Natural Bead.
- Place the Natural Bead in the center of the Slim Patch.
- Place the Slim Patch on your navel. Make sure the Natural Bead is inside of your navel.
- Wear the Slim Patch for up to 24 hours - do not exceed past 24 hours (the navel bead does not dissolve).
Slimming Tea Directions:
- Prepare 3 cups of water for every 1 bag of Natural Slimming Tea.
- Boil 3 cups of water (bring it to a rolling boil).
- Add a bag of Slimming Tea.
- Boil for 5 minutes.
- Let the Tea bag seep for 3-5 minutes, then remove.
